We started Foothills Cleaning to close a gap we kept running into: cleaning companies that only do houses, janitorial contractors that only do offices, and restoration companies that only show up after something has already gone wrong. We do all three.
Our Story
A recurring house clean, a leased office that needs a nightly once-over, and a basement full of water after a spring melt are three completely different jobs — but they all come down to the same thing: showing up, doing the work properly, and not disappearing afterward. That's the standard we hold every job to, whether it's a $150 clean or an insurance claim.
How We Work
You tell us what you need — a recurring schedule, a one-time deep clean, or an emergency callout — and we scope it before we quote it. For restoration jobs, we start drying and documenting damage immediately and keep your insurance adjuster in the loop as the job progresses, rather than leaving you to relay updates between two companies.
Why Calgary
We're based in Calgary and built our scheduling around what actually happens here: road salt and slush tracked through entryways all winter, basement moisture after a fast spring melt, and dust that blows in on a chinook. Local weather isn't a footnote for us — it's most of why the work exists.
